The project team is currently working towards securing Project development approvals, which includes an Enviromental Impact Statement (EIS). The EIS includes comprehensive assessments identifying the impacts of the Project and how best to manage these.

Over the past few months, the Milpulling Wind Farm Project Team has continued to engage with key stakeholders and progress important environmental and hydrology studies to help inform the proposed project design. The preliminary layout now indicates the site could accommodate up to 77 wind turbines.

Goldwind Australia are exploring the potential for a wind farm development in the Gilgandra Shire area, near Kickbil and Balladoran.
The project is at an early stage of development. Onsite wind monitoring and early suitability studies are currently underway, with more detailed site investigations and surveys planned to be undertaken…
